Only bets placed from Your account set up through the game client downloaded from Crypto In Poker will be accepted for the Game and any winnings You make on the Game will be credited to Your account.

You may facilitate all deposits and withdrawals by accessing the “My Account” page from the game client.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit (by setting minimum and maximum amounts which will be set out in the House Rules or on the Website) any bets and/or payouts at our sole discretion for any reason whatsoever.

In circumstances a bet is deemed to be or is declared void by us at our discretion, any sum deducted from Your Account with respect to that bet shall be credited to Your account.

Account opening

You are only permitted to open one account.

You must maintain Your account by keeping Your details up-to-date.

Fair use

HASH GAMES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE ANY ACCOUNT THAT HAS BEEN INACTIVE FOR 180 DAYS.

HASH GAMES reserves the right to stop offering and/or supporting the Service or a particular game or part of the Service at any time, at which point your license to use the Service or a part thereof will be automatically terminated. In such event, HASH GAMES shall not be required to provide refunds, benefits or other compensation to users in connection with such discontinued Services. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY HEREIN, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU SHALL HAVE NO OWNERSHIP OR OTHER PROPERTY INTEREST IN THE ACCOUNT, AND YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ALL RIGHTS IN AND TO THE ACCOUNT ARE AND SHALL FOREVER BE OWNED BY AND INURE TO THE BENEFIT OF HASH GAMES.

Funds & Tax

You are solely responsible for reporting and accounting for any taxes applicable to you under relevant laws for any winnings that you receive from us.

You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes which may be payable on cryptocurrency awarded to you through your using the Service.

There is a risk of losing cryptocurrency when using the Service and that we has no responsibility to you for any such loss.

You will not deposit funds which originate from criminal or other unauthorised activity.

You will not deposit funds using payment methods that do not belong to You.
